| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]大数据时代，从情报研究视角思考智库情报能力建设，可将情报研究的理念、方法、技术应用于新型智库，生产高质量思想产品，有效提高决策支持和服务能力。同时探索未来情报研究可能的发展之路。方法/过程]通过研究大量文献，探讨情报研究与智库研究存在的关联和区别。根据两者之间的关联和区别，以优势互补的原则，合理运用情报研究的理论、技术和方法，总结新型智库情报能力建设路径。结果/结论]提高新型智库情报能力和情报保障能力，需要加强情报需求的感知能力、动态情报收集能力、情报分析能力、情报平台的知识服务能力以及组织建设等。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] In the era of big data, thinking intelligence capability building of think-tank in view of intelligence research can apply the concept,method and technogy of intelligence research into the new think-tank, and produce high quality thought products, improve the ability of decision-support and service. At the same time, it is also beneficial to explore the development of intelligence research in the future.Method/process] Through the literatures studying, the paper discusses the relation and difference between intelligence research and think-tank research. Based on the relation, difference and the principle of complementing each other with advantages, the theory, technology and methods of intelligence research are reasonably used to summarize the path of intelligence capacity building of new think-tank.Result/conclusion] In terms of improving intelligence capacity and intelligence support capacity of new think-tank,it is necessary to strengthen the following abilities, including the perception of information demand, the ability of dynamic information collection, intelligence analysis, platform knowledge service and the construction of organization. |
