| 摘 要： | 概述数字化时代的基本特征，包括新的社会秩序、新的经济结构、新的权力结构、新的社会互动模式和新的信息用户群;分析数字化环境下情报学面临的信息过载以及技术、法律、经济、理论方面的挑战;提出学科创新的思路和建议;回答当前情报学界存在的一些疑难问题，诸如如何评价情报学历史，如何看待数学方法的应用，情报学研究是否应当以“intelligence”为核心，等等;最后指出应当注意的现象和倾向。
