| 摘 要： | 针对我国农村村级电子政务系统建设的课题，在分析我国农村信息化不足的基础上，设计一种基于主题图技术的Browser/Server架构体系的农村村级电子政务信息门户系统模型，同时构建村级政务个性化信息服务平台，并对系统结构、各功能模块和数据库以及关键技术的实现进行详细描述。为解决基层电子政务“最后一公里”瓶颈和村级行政向服务型转变提供一种创新型模式。

| Abstract: | For the problem of construction of village-level e-government system，a model in B/S(Browser/Server) of information portal of villagelevel e-government system based on technology of topic maps and personalized information service is designed on the basis of analysis of deficiencies of informatization in rural areas. The system structure, various functional modules and database as well as the key technology realization are described in great detail. It provides an innovative pattern for solving the “last mile” bottlenecks of grassroots e-government and changes village-level administrative organs to service-oriented government. |
