| 摘 要： | 从情报研究的实践出发概括了情报研究的三个步骤，即需求分析、课题方案策划和课题实施;针对用户需求分析介绍工作思路;针对课题方案策划介绍课题方案设计的基本框架;对情报研究课题实施过程中工作目标和选择技术路线的设计思路以及相应的建议均以课题案例演示进行说明;并对情报研究能力的提升提出几点认识。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice of intelligence research, three steps of intelligence research, namely, demand analyses, project planning and implementation are summarized. The way of intelligence research is introduced according to the analysis of users' demand. Then, the framework of project is proposed in accordance with the project planning. The determination of objective and approaches of the project implementation are explained by the case study. Finally, suggestions are made for capacity promotion in the intelligence research. |
