| 摘 要： | 在分析电子资源管理系统研究缘起的基础上，系统阐述电子资源管理系统研究从独立研究、系统研究到应用研究的三个发展阶段以及各阶段的主要研究进展，由此提出电子资源管理系统正在朝着整合化、智能化、知识管理方向发展的态势，并分析目前研究的不足，主要表现在电子资源的联盟管理和电子书的管理上，以期为我国电子资源管理系统的发展提供可资借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | This article describes the three developmental stages of electronic resource management system on the basis of analyzing its origin. Through reviewing and summarizing each stage and its major research results, the author proposes that electronic resource management system is developing towards a direction of integration, intelligentization and knowledge management. The inadequacy of present researches, especially on the management of electronic resources consortia and of electronic books, are also analyzed, in the hope of providing some experiences for the development of electronic resource management system in our country. |
