| 摘 要： | 在分析总结语义Web知识处理特征的基础上，采用人机协同理论探讨基于语义Web的人机协同知识处理中需要研究的五个基本问题，并分析基于语义Web的人机协同知识处理流程。最后，采用FOAF项目及其成功应用的案例证明所提出观点的合理性。

| Abstract: | Five basic topics are discussed with human machine cooperation theory, and a workflow for human machine cooperation knowledge processing on semantic web is proposed based on analysing the characteristics of semantic web knowledge processing. Finally, the rationality of the study is expounded by using the FOAF project and its successful applications. |
