| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设与研究型大学相比应具有自身的特点，需要制度创新。在学科馆员组建制度方面，要有合理的层次结构、专职与兼职结构、引进与培训结构的创新；在服务制度方面，要有拓展服务对象，以网络服务为主与直接服务方式相结合，建立用户参与，共建共享服务模式的创新；在管理制度方面，要有建立以图书馆管理为主，与对口专业管理相结合的双重管理体制，多方考核与激励制度，管理组织形式协调制度的创新。

| Abstract: | The construction of the subject librarian systems is not only the development trends of the document and information service in the modern university libraries， but also is the objective requirement in the construction of the university discipline. Compared with researchoriented universities, the innovation of subject librarian systems in local universities needs to have their own characteristics, namely they need to have the innovation of the programs. In the field of the organization, the programs of the subject librarians need to be innovated, including the staffs who have professional knowledge at different levels, or who are professional or partly-professional, or who are newly recruited or service trained; in the field of the service system, the service needs to extent the innovation of the service object, combining the models of the network with the models of the face to face service, and cooperating & sharing development model with user intervention; In the field of the managerial system, which the reform of the library mainly based on the management, the innovation has a dual command systems that combine with right professions, incentive systems that contain examination in many ways, the coordination system that is consistent the management with organizations. |
