| 摘 要： | 论述区域性中心图书馆的概念及其形成的资源、区位和技术条件，认为中心图书馆在区域性图书馆系统中是信息资源中心、图书馆网络中心、图书馆业务中心和图书馆人才聚集中心。中心图书馆的形成是区域性信息资源分布、社会人文发展等多种因素影响的结果。

| Abstract: | This article gives a brief introduction of regional central libraries and its devetopment. It is believed that regional central libraries are served as the information center of regional library systems. They function as the information resource center, library net work center, and that of library activities and human resources. It is thonght in this paper that the development of the regional central library is the outcome of the distribution of information resources and social development. |
