| 摘 要： | 概括地介绍韩国的法律体系和制定图书馆法的意义，详细地阐述韩国图书馆法的历史沿革和主要内容，尤其是现行图书馆法的立法过程及其主要内容。最后，总结性地回顾韩国图书馆法的发展历程，并阐述制定一部好的图书馆法应具备的条件以及需研究的相关问题。文后附韩国现行的《图书馆法》、《图书馆法实施令》以及《图书馆法实施规则》的全文。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the following contents: 1) a brief introduction to the Korean legal system, 2) the meaning of library law, 3) the legislative history of Korean library laws and the details of past and present library laws, 4) a critical overview of historical developments of Korean library laws and several suggestions for establishing better library law. The paper also includes the current Korean Library Law, its Enforcement Ordinance and its Enforcement Regulations, all in full text in Chinese, as appendixes. |
