| 摘 要： | 对6所公共图书馆现实用户展开“以信息为中心”的问卷调查，通过数据聚类分析归纳出五类主要用户族群：追求交流的新生代、事业求进的企业人、初涉图书馆的打工族、惜时如金的务实派、积极进取的自学者。基于各族群用户需求特征，建议公共图书馆建立三个服务区间展开服务细分，即在校学生区、管理文化区、学习进修区，从而使公共图书馆能更好地为用户提供服务。

| Abstract: | Based on an informationoriented questionnaire survey of realistic users from 6 public libraries, the paper makes a cluster analysis on user structure oriented to service segment. The data falls into 5 user clusters: the new communicationpush generation, the pursuingenterprise practitioner, the librarytakeoff employees, the cherishingtime pragmatic group, and the upandcoming autodidact. As a conclusion, the paper proposes that public library should be distributed into 3 service segment: the student zone, the management culture zone, the furtherstudy zone. |
