| 摘 要： | 从图书馆联盟管理的角度出发，探讨图书馆联盟知识管理的必要性和重要意义。在分析图书馆联盟知识管理主要内容的基础上，提出联盟知识管理的战略，即通过图书馆联盟组织结构模式的知识化调整、人力资源管理、联盟文化的培育、联盟管理系统的优化，共同促进联盟核心能力的形成，推进图书馆联盟的发展。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the great significance of applying the theory of knowledge management in library consortia. After an-alyzing the content of the consortia knowledge management, the paper puts forward strategies on the knowledge management of library consortia, including changing the organizational structure, human resource management, optimizing the knowledge management system and fostering the culture of library consortia, etc. and then library consortia can form their core capabilities, which can promote the de-velopment of library consortia. |
