| 摘 要： | 纯网络杂志作为一种新型的期刊种类，其发展受到诸多因素的影响。在技术层面，互联网技术、显示技术、移动通信技术、数字版权保护技术等是影响纯网络杂志的关键因素。在出版层面，传统出版业与互联网整合，尤其是传统杂志社参与纯网络杂志的出版不仅可加快纯网络杂志的发展，还有助于提高纯网络杂志出版的质量和整体水平。在管理层面，相关管理政策措施的出台和调整是纯网络杂志健康发展的重要保障。在市场层面，积极拓展用户市场、开发读者群体是纯网络杂志赖以生存和发展的根本措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author explains and analyzes the factors that influence the development of electronic-only journals. On the aspect of technology, the key factors that influence the development of the electronic-only joumal are the display technology the communication technology, the Internet technology, and the protecting technology. On the aspect of publication, the combination of the traditional publishing industry and the Internet, especially when the traditional publishing steps into the publishing of the electronic-only journal, can speed up the development of it, and can be helpful to improve the quality and the general level of its publishing. On the aspect of management, the formulation and adjustment of relevant polices are the important guarantees for the healthy development of the electronic-only journal. On the aspect of marketing, actively spreading the user market and developing the reader groups are the primary measures for the growth and progress of the electronic-only journal. |
