| 摘 要： | 采用德尔菲法收集当前我国情报学界23名具有教授职称的专家关于情报学哲学理论的观点。研究表明：①专家对情报学哲学理论的认知一致性较低，存在12类不同的观点。②大多数专家认为情报学的哲学基础应该不仅仅由一种哲学理论构成，而是多种哲学理论并存，分歧在于应该由哪些哲学理论并存。③波普尔的"三个世界"理论、解释学、信息哲学能够用于指导情报学研究的多个维度；马克思主义哲学对情报学研究的指导集中在宏观层面；经验主义、理性主义、实证主义、实用主义和建构主义对完善情报学的方法论有指导意义；人本主义和认知理论可用于指导情报用户研究。该研究能够为构建我国情报学哲学理论框架提供指导。

| Abstract: | This study got the information science philosophy theory using delphi method, which involving 23 Chinese professors in this research fields. Study results are as follow: Firstly, the cognition of experts in information science philosophy theory has low consistency, which has 12 different views. Secondly, most experts recommend the philosophical foundation of information science should consist of not only a kind of philosophical theory, but coexist by a variety of philosophical theory, where the split lies is on which philosophy theory should coexist. Thirdly, popper's theory of three worlds, hermeneutics and the philosophy of information can be used to guide information science research of multiple dimensions. Empiricism, rationalism, positivism, pragmatism and constructivism can be used to guide information science methodology. Humanism and cognitive theory can be used to guide information user study. This study can provide guidance for building the framework of information science philosophy theory. |
