摘    要:基于DMC专利数据构建一套技术竞争指标体系,采用社会网络分析方法,从竞争规模、企业关联程度和企业竞争关系3个方面对技术竞争态势进行分析。结合数据挖掘技术以1979-2013年电动汽车电池的技术竞争动态演变过程为例,对这一分析方法进行验证,为从专利角度对不同行业领域进行技术竞争态势分析提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:This paper constructs a technology competition index system based on DMC patent data, and analyzes the technology competition situation from the scale of competition, the extent of enterprises association and the competition among enterprises through the social network analysis. It also verifies the method by extracting the DMC of electric vehicle battery patents from 1979 to 2013 with the data mining technology and analyzing its technology competition dynamic evolution process, to provide reference for technology competition situation analysis of different industries from the patent perspective.
