| 摘 要： | 充分考虑情境对选择开放存取发展路径是必要的。通过建立开放存取发展情境分析框架，确认国内3个特殊的情境，并对相关文献中我国开放存取发展思路进行收集、分析以考察上述情境是否被充分考虑其中。研究结果表明，情境缺失及情境作用的缺失在当前我国开放存取路径选择中较为突出，并已导致3个误区。在厘清上述误区并充分考虑我国情境的基础上，提出我国开放存取发展的一种混合路径，即优先选择基于集中式开放存取知识库的发展子路径，并支持基于开放存取期刊的发展子路径自由发展。

| Abstract: | It is seen as necessary to consider contexts when choosing the path of open access. A context analysis framework of open access development is established and three special contexts different from other countries are analyzed. Related literatures about China's open access development policy, strategy and action plan are collected to determine how the context it works. The results show that, little context is observed while the important effect is missing even if context leads to three misunderstandings. By clarifying these misunderstandings and taking fully consideration of contexts above, this research puts forewords a hybrid path, which composes of a priority of central open access repository-based subpath with an open access journal-based subpath. |
