| 摘 要： | 在对高校图书馆的实际运行情况进行调查的基础上，遵循科学合理、系统优化和通用可行的基本理念和原则，建立以投入和产出为导向的高校图书馆绩效评价指标体系。依据所建立的指标体系搜集10所高校的相关数据，并基于DEA理论对10所高校图书馆的绩效进行评价和分析。

| Abstract: | This paper carries out investigation and consultation in the actual operation of the university library. Following the scientific and reasonable system optimization and general feasible basic concept and principle, it establishes the evaluation index system of university library oriented on the performance of inputs and outputs. In accordance the index system, it collects the data of 10 university libraries, evaluates and analyzes their performance based on the DEA theory. |
