| 摘 要： | 在理性认识科学数据内涵、特点及科学数据管理流程的基础上,提出基于科学数据管理的图书馆数据服务体系,包括数据管理政策保障系统、数据资源建设系统、数据加工系统、数据存储系统、数据服务系统、用户管理系统和人力资源系统,为科学数据管理与服务在图书馆中的发展提供参考,对于实现图书馆的知识服务转型和馆员作为数据服务的支撑者、领导者的角色转变提供有力支撑.

| Abstract: | Based on rationally understanding the connotation and characteristics of scientific data and the process of scientific data management,the article proposes the library data service system based on the scientific data management to provide reference for data management and service in the library development and a strong support for realizing library knowledge service transformation and the librarians role change as supporters and leaders for data services. Generally the system includes policy support system of data management, data resources construction systems, data storage system, data processing system, human resources system, user management system and the data service system. |
