| 摘 要： | 基于钻石模型，构建我国文化产业发展影响因素评价指标体系，运用主成分和多元线性回归分析法对影响因素进行分析。结果表明：生产要素、市场及政府和广电三大因子是我国文化产业发展的主要影响因素。进一步采用聚类分析法对我国31个省、市、自治区进行分类分析，提出文化资源开发与利用重在吸收、转化和创新；技术应用和人才培养双轮驱动文化产业发展；放宽准入门槛，促进资本和产业深度融合；做好政府角色定位，营造公平竞争的业态环境等建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the Diamond Model, this paper builds an evaluation index system influencing the development of China's cultural industry, and analyses the influencing factors with the analysis methods of principal component and multiple linear regression. The result shows that the main factors influencing the development of China's cultural industry includes the production factor, marketing and government factor, and broadcasting factor. Based on the further analysis using clustering analysis method to classify 31 provinces, this paper proposes some advices, such as the development and utilization of cultural resources should focus on the absorption, transformation and innovation; technology and personnel training are the two wheels driving the development of cultural industry; relaxing of entry barriers promotes the deep integration of capital and industry; government should create a fair and competitive environment and so on. |
