| 摘 要： | 采用搜寻实验与调查问卷相结合的方法，分析有任务搜索和无任务浏览两种实验情境下用户在数字图书馆中信息偶遇的频次、原因和途径，比较个人和信息因素对日常信息搜寻中信息偶遇的影响以及信息偶遇后的行为的差异。研究表明：无任务浏览情境下易于发生信息偶遇，数字图书馆的相关主题、推荐机制、相关收藏是信息偶遇的主要途径，评价信息有用性、分析比较信息、表达信息需求、信息标题和热度是信息偶遇的主要影响因素。

| Abstract: | The paper combines the research methods of search experiments and questionnaire, analyzes the frequency of, the causes and ways to information encountering in digital libraries under two experimental situations of task-searching and no-task-browsing, and compares the influence of the informational factors and personal factors of information encountering in daily information seeking, as well as the after-encountering behavior. Studies have shown that: no-task-browsing context is more prone to information encountering, and related topics, recommendation mechanisms and related collection are main ways to encountering. Meanwhile, usefulness evaluation, information analysis and comparison, needs express, catchy title and popularity are the main factors. |
