| 摘 要： | 以利用为目的，重新界定广义的开放资源，并将其归纳为3类，包括出版类资源、仓储类资源和交互式资源。分析这3类开放资源的5种不同评价角度和评价内容，提出开放资源利用评价原则和功能以及包含质量、影响力和开放性的广谱评价指标，并以开放期刊为例，设计完整的评价体系，基于分区思想实现开放资源遴选。

| Abstract: | According to the purpose of use, the broad open resources was redefined and divided into three types including publishing open resources, warehousing resources and interactive resources. Based on the analysis of these three-type resources from five different angles, the open resource use evaluation indicators including quality, influence and openness were pointed out under the evaluation principles and functions. As an example, a complete evaluation system in open access journals was designed in details, which also used the partition-based idea for open resource selection. |
