| Abstract: | Through analyzing some documents, this paper indicates that besides the reasons of management system, macro - control, techniques and so on, there are still other profound reasons, resulting in the slow development of information resource sharing. The authors analyze the reasons by game theory and points out that the "prisoners dilemma in the course of document and information sharing makes of the reduction of the amount of document and information sharing and revenues at libraries. |
