| 摘 要： | 从人们对信息技术的认识缺陷着手,讨论信息技术本身存在的问题,如带来社会福利的同时带来新的社会伦理问题、信息技术的滥用和破坏问题、新的信息爆炸问题、技术的局限性问题等,并对信息的管理者和研究者应该如何面对信息技术的现状进行思考和工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | At present the majority of people have seen the brilliant side of information technology, but not seen the dark side of it. Commencing from the limitation of people's view to information technology, this paper analyzes the problems of information technology such as bringing social welfare and social troubles at the same time, leading new ethic baffle, some people's misuse and destruction, new information exploding, and so on. Based on this , the author suggests that facing the actuality of information technology, how information managers and researchers should think and do. |
