| 摘 要： | 在35个IC实施案例调研基础上，对IC信息服务本质与信息服务的功能特点进行分析，研究IC建设的服务功能设计、服务资源 设计及服务空间设计等内容要素，提出我国研究型图书馆IC的建设目标与建设理念，建议着重处理好IC的空间设计和条件设施的规划、 服务功能与服务政策的问题，合理安排人员配置、合作团队和管理评估等方面的工作。

| Abstract: | As a new kind of information service model,Information Commons (IC) service has recently become very popular in North America. IC was bloomed from the environment of contemporary information technology and was promoted by the demand from the user.Based on the essential analysis of Information Commons service in 35 academic libraries,the IC construction principles,goals and philosophy were described. At last,some suggestions about the space planning,service policy,management and assessment were given for Chinese academic libraries. |
