Based on the analysis of the impact of obstacles, the paper focuses on the promotion of the on-line reading strategies of the college students from individuals, technology and environment in three dimensions, with a view to improve the quality of the on-line reading of the college students and adapting the college students with the life-long learning ability and sustainable development. |
