| 摘 要： | 分析基于国内虚拟参考咨询存在的问题，结合图书馆虚拟参考咨询运行的现状，提出整合网上信息资源;通过FAQ、BBS、网上导航等方式，方便用户自导式服务;完善电子邮件服务;开展多种形式的协作服务等措施，以促进虚拟参考咨询工作稳定、可持续的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of existent problems of the domestic virtual reference, the authors put forward some proposals to integrate the reference source on network. For instance, by the means of FAQ, BBS and interent guidance, the users can get all kinds of cooperation services of digital libraries. Then the proposal reveals the ways to get rid of the difficulties which the virtual reference service of digital libraries are facing, which will make the vitual reference service promote more stably and sustainably. |
