| 摘 要： | 以中国科学院武汉文献情报中心为例，论述文献资源建设的指导思想和如何建立文献资源建设的科学预测模型，将文献资源建设工作纳入科学的预测及评价体系,以使图书馆文献资源建设工作更严谨、更科学、更有可预测性和可回溯性。
