| 摘 要： | 长期以来,省科学院文献情报服务处于相对落后状态,而需求广泛存在:科研层面需求侧重于文献信息的获取,决策与管理层面需求侧重于宏观的综合分析。中国科学院国家科学图书馆与省科学院在文献资源保障服务、信息素质培训、战略决策情报服务、文献情报队伍建设等方面开展了服务合作,并以责任馆员、签订合作协议和挂牌成立服务站、成立全国科学院联盟文献情报分会等方式建立合作机制,保障合作的有效推进,服务效果显著。

| Abstract: | Provincial Academy of Sciences as important scientific research institutions in a province, takes the responsibility of research and development work of the regional characteristics and local economic developing. Over a long period, the document and information service has been in the relatively backward situation, while there are more demands. Scientific personnel require to focus on access to document and information, while the decision-making and senior management demand for focusing on a comprehensive analysis. In 2012, the Chinese Academy of Sciences proposes to support the Provincial Academy of Sciences to sharing document and information services of CAS for the first time. The National Science Library starts the cooperation with PAS in the services of document resources guarantee, information literacy training, information services for strategic decision-making, service team building of document and information and so on. They develop the cooperation mechanism by taking responsibility librarian, signing a cooperation agreement and building NSL service station, and building up the union document information branch. All these actions support and ensure the effective cooperation and significant service effect. |
