| 摘 要： | 从移动网络环境下的图书馆信息服务变革出发,分析移动图书馆信息服务质量控制特征和控制内容,根据移动信息服务运作机制与服务质量控制体系组成要素,提出移动图书馆信息服务质量控制体系建设思路与基本架构,最后从控制标准制定、控制技术应用和控制机制设计三个方面对武汉大学移动图书馆信息服务质量控制体系建设实践进行说明。

| Abstract: | From the changes of library information services under the mobile network environment, this paper analyzes the characteristics and content of information service quality control of mobile library. Then it proposes the developing ideas and basic architecture of the information service quality control system according to the services operating mechanism and control system elements of mobile library. Finally, it takes mobile library of Wuhan University for example, and presents its information service quality control from three perspectives of control standard development, control technology application and control mechanism design. |
