摘    要:通过对企业与客户信息互动相关理论的梳理,结合问卷调查与访谈,对目前B2C电子商务企业与客户开展信息互动的现状进行总结。对第二代电子商务浪潮中"感知性"电子商务战略的"客户许可型信息互动"进行分析。在讨论"客户许可型信息互动"面临的挑战的基础上,提出优化电子商务"客户许可型信息互动"机制的框架及改进策略。

Abstract:This article has reviewed the relevant theory of customers-companies information interaction and summarized the present situation of customers-companies information interaction in B2C E-commerce by using questionnaire survey and interview. It then analyzes "customer permission information interaction" of perceiving E-commerce strategy in the second generation E-commerce tide. Based on discussing the challenges to "customer permission information interaction", this work proposes a framework to optimize the mechanism of "customer permission information interaction" and presents some improvement strategies.
