| 摘 要： | 利用文献调查法与内容分析法对英国图书馆和信息专业人员特许协会职业资格认证标准和英国国家职业资格认证标准及相关实施制度进行解析：前者包含认证会员、注册会员和注册资深会员3种等级标准的认证，由专门的评审委员会担任认证实施机构，规定每个级别申请人的最低申请条件要求，并根据申请人提交的认证材料，遵循正规的认证程序实施制度化的资格认证；后者包含国家职业资格二级、三级与四级3个标准等级及其准入要求，通过计划、证据提供、反馈3个阶段的认证程序实施制度化的资格认证。最后分析英国图书馆职业资格认证所具有的5个主要特点。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the certification standards of Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals and the certification standard of National Vocational Qualifications and their relative implementation systems by use of literature survey and content analysis. The former standard contains three levels of certification standards named as ACLIP, MCLIP and FCLIP and the certification implementing agency occupied by the special evaluation committee, and stipulates the minimum application requirements for each level of the applicant, and carries out systematized qualification certification by treating all materials in a formal certification program. The latter standard contains three national vocational qualification levels named as IL2, IL3 and IL4 and their access requirements, and implements systematized qualification certification through a certification program including planning, evidence presentation and feedback.The five main characteristics about the professional qualification certifications of libraries in UK are finally analyzed. |
