| 摘 要： | 介绍国家标准GB/T 29182-2012/ISO11620:2008《信息与文献 图书馆绩效指标》的制定背景、制定原则和制定过程,分析该标准的内容要素和层次结构,剖析标准中所运用的平衡计分卡方法及绩效指标的分类、绩效指标描述框架等要点技术内容,揭示该标准与国内外相关标准的关系,特别是与国家标准GB/T 13191-2009/ISO2789:2006《信息与文献 图书馆统计》的内在关联性,分析本标准的局限性及使用注意事项,对密切跟踪国际标准、及时修订国家标准提出建议。
