| 摘 要： | 通过调研分析，指出开放存取(OA)期刊目前呈现出良好的发展态势，其规模与影响力不断扩大，有多种出版形式。同时，深入分析OA期刊出版对当前学术交流系统中的各利益关系方（包括科研人员、传统出版机构、图书馆和科研资助机构）所产生的积极影响。

| Abstract: | Open Access Journals is one of the primary vehicles to implement the OA publishing model. On the basis of investigations, the paper points out that OA Journals develop healthily. Meanwhile, the paper deeply analyzes its positive influence on the main players involved in the scholarly communication system such as researchers, traditional publishers, libraries and research funding agencies. |
