| 摘 要： | 分析上海地区图书馆人力资源现状,指出存在的六大问题,结合未来5年发展规划,提出两项2003-2007年间的人才发展计划--优化人才结构和“500人才培养计划”,并相应提出了建立人才培养基地等7项具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in libraries of Shanghai and points out 6 main problems. A five-year development plan for human resources, such as establishing a professional quality system and setting up professional training foundation, and seven corresponding measures taken in the future are put forward in this paper. |
