企业知识获取--以“汾酒股份”为例

摘    要:基于对汾酒股份的分析,文章研究了企业知识管理中的知识获取问题。对于国有企业气氛很强的企业,社会资本、行业与政府的制度性支持是知识获取过程中的重要因素,主要获取的是技术知识;而企业内部的知识获取为知识的生产创造、整合、共享应用和交流提供了先决条件,创造的是一种柔性的属性知识。二者相互促进,相互影响,共同创造企业优势,增强企业核心竞争力。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory Co., Ltd, articles researched on the knowledge acquisition in the knowledge management of enterprise. For the enterprises with the strong state-owned enterprises atmosphere, social capital and institutional support of government and industry are the important factors in the process of knowledge acquisition, which is mainly access to technical knowledge; However, knowledge acquisition inside the enterprise provides pre-conditions for the production, integration, application and exchange, which creates a flexible attribute knowledge. Both promote and influence each other to create business advantage together and enhance their core competitiveness.
