| 摘 要： | 在分析工程咨询行业特性基础上，借鉴国内外知识管理系统构建研究成果，提出工程咨询企业知识管理系统构建策略。先提出核心知识体系的概念，之后构建工程咨询企业的核心知识体系和知识流程，同时对核心知识流程与核心知识体系进行集成，并分析系统相关的技术解决方案，最后以实例说明依据该策略构建系统的过程。

Research and Analysis on the Knowledge Management System Construction Strategy for Engineering Consulting Firms |

| Abstract: | After analyzing the characteristics of engineering consulting industry, the knowledge management system strategy is proposed referring to the research achievements in China and abroad. The paper firstly defines the concept of core knowledge system. Then constructs the core knowledge system and knowledge process of engineering consulting enterprises and integrates two parts, analyzes the related technology solutions. Lastly, case study is proposed. |
