| 摘 要： | 本文将1949-1977年作为我国公共文化服务政策的研究区间,对国家层面公共文化服务政策的文本属性、文本内容及特征进行了分析。研究发现,改革开放以前,公共文化服务政策更多倾向于意识形态属性的关注与挖掘,以普及科学知识和宣传爱国主义教育为主,逐步界定和完善了公共图书馆、文化馆(站)、群众艺术馆和博物馆的功能定位。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the text attribute,content and characteristics of the national level public cultural service policies by taking the year 1949-1977 as the research area of public cultural service policies in China.It is found that before the reform and opening up,the public cultural service policies were more inclined to focus on and excavate the ideological attributes,pay special attention to the popularization of scientific knowledge and the promotion of patriotism education,and gradually defined and improved the functional positioning of the public library,cultural center(station),mass art gallery and museum. |
