| 摘 要： | 转型是当前图书馆事业发展的主要特征。文章在全面梳理高校图书馆在转型发展中面临的问题与挑战的基础上,提出高校图书馆的转型必须以“树立跨界融合思维,以用户需求为中心,以高校'双一流'建设战略为牵引,加强战略规划,不断创新服务方式”为指导思想,并尝试从组织机构、馆员角色、资源建设、空间功能、服务模式等方面探索高校图书馆的转型路径,以期为高校图书馆的转型发展实践提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | The transformation is the main characteristic of the contemporary library cause.The paper summarizes the problems and challenges faced by university libraries in their transformation and development,and puts forward that the transformation of university libraries must be guided by“establishing trans-border integration thinking,centering on the needs of users,taking the'double first-class'construction strategy as the guidance,strengthening strategic planning and innovating service modes”.Then,the paper explores the transformation paths of university libraries from the aspects of organization,role of librarians,resources construction,spatial function and service modes,so as to provide references for the transformation and development of university libraries. |
