| 摘 要： | 文章作者通过走访各地的综合档案馆与城建档案馆，研究了档案信息资源、城建档案信息资源集成管理与集成服务最佳实践理论的应用需求，从档案信息化、电子文件管理与地下管线信息管理角度分析了调研单位在这三方面的工作现状与问题，并针对问题提出了对策。

| Abstract: | Through visiting the general archives and archives of urban construction in different places, the author studies the applied needs of the best practical theory about resources of archival information, integrated management of archival information resources and its service, analyzes the present situation and problems of three aspects in the units investigated from angles of archival information, management of electronic documents and information management of underground lines, and puts forward some countermeasures. |
