| 摘 要： | 图书馆组织内知识共享是图书馆知识管理的重要组成部分。本文在解读国内外学者知识共享概念的基础上,分析了组织内知识共享的影响因素,认为图书馆组织内知识共享的模式选择应该是基于个人利益因素与个人功效感因素的文化主导、技术支持模式,并据此构建了图书馆组织内知识共享的机制框架。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing in organization of library is an important component of library knowledge management. Based on introducing the notion of knowledge sharing and analyzing the its influence factors, the author thinks that knowledge sharing in organization of library should choose the culture orientation and technology support model, and accordingly constructs the mechanism framework for them. |
