| 摘 要： | 本研究参考技术接受模型提出研究模型及假设,主要对五所高校的研究生进行抽样调查,通过实证分析探讨用户利用数据库资源的满意度及内部影响因素和外部影响因素。数据分析结果表明,研究生在利用数据库资源进行信息查寻时,利用数据库的满意度受到数据库服务质量、系统使用便利性和用户感知数据库有用的正向影响;而感知数据库有用会受到信息对需求的适应性、用户自我效能和感知数据库易用的正向影响,感知数据库易用会受到系统使用便利性和用户自我效能的正向影响;用户利用数据库查寻信息的意向则会同时受到用户感知数据库有用和用户利用数据库满意度的影响。本研究还发现,用户的性别差异会带来用户感知数据库易用、满意度和查寻意向的显著差异,用户使用数据库频率的差异会对感知数据库易用带来显著区别,年级差异会导致感知数据库有用的差异。

| Abstract: | Referencing on the Technology Acceptance Model,this empirical study made assumptions to form a study model,collected data from library users of five universities,measured user satisfaction and found factors affecting the graduates using databases of libraries.The data analysis results shows that while using library databases resources for academic information searching,user satisfaction of using databases could be directly affected by the database service quality,the convenience of accessing the system and user perceived usefulness of databases.While users' perceived usefulness could be directly affected by information's fitting to users' need,user self efficiency and perceived ease of use,which could be directly affected by the convenience of accessing the system and user self efficiency.And users' intention of using databases to search information could be directly affected by user perceived usefulness of databases and user satisfaction.This study also found that users' gender differences could arouse the significant difference of user perceived ease of use,user information satisfaction and searching intention.The difference of frequency of using database bred the significant difference of user perceived ease of use,and users' grade difference could arouse the significant difference of perceived usefulness. |
