| Abstract: | Analyzing the current problems in database legal protection, this article describes the necessity and feasibility of unified database information property right protection, of which the concrete content is mainly discussed in the paper. The study aims to let the database maker and social public masses foresee the judicial result. Also, it can provide the theoretical and practical basis for the database protection legislation. |
