| Abstract: | Knowledge map is one kind of the important tools for knowledge management, it is mainly applied in the field of enterprise, but at the same time it has wide applicability. This paper discusses that we apply knowledge map into the collaborative digital reference service. For one, itbroaden the applying space of knowledge map, for another, knowledge map also supplies the collaborative digital reference service with a more effective working mechanism. |
