| 摘 要： | 本文收集了我国图书馆界近五年来对图书馆职业资格准入制度的研究情况，认为用法律和法规对图书馆从业人员实行准入控制，使之成为从事图书馆工作的标准、依据和凭证，提高社会对图书馆工作的认知度，使困扰图书馆的一系列“实质性”问题得到很好的解决。

| Abstract: | This article reviews academic research on library professional qualification system in China recent 5 years. It suggested that law and regulations should be made to keep control on entry into the career. Establishment of such standard will result in improved social status of library profession and the settlement of many annoying core problems. |
