摘    要:首先介绍了众包的缘起与发展情况,分析了众包的内涵,例举了国外图书馆界的众多众包案例。在此基础之上,提出众包馆员制度,并与图书馆员2.0进行比较,提出众包馆员实施众包项目的关键步骤:选择众包项目,进行任务分解,制定激励机制和评审机制,选择发布平台,引导与监管众包过程,进行知识管理、整合及利用。最后,阐述了众包馆员的重要作用。

Crowdsourcing and Crowdsourcing Librarian System.. Promoting Library Service in Transition
Abstract:Firstly,the origin and development of crowdsourcing are introduced.Then the connotation of crowdsourcing is analyzed and many crowdsourcing cases of foreign libraries are given.On this basis,crowdsourcing librarian system is proposed which is compared with librarian 2.0.Key steps of crowdsourcing projects are put forward,which are crowdsourcing project selection,task decomposition,the formulation of incentives and review mechanisms,publishing platform selection,guidance and supervision of crowdsourcing process,knowledge management,integration and use.Finally,the important roles of crowdsourcing librarians are described.
