| 摘 要： | 本文认为公共图书馆精神在图书馆管理实践中是可操作的。公共图书馆体现公共图书馆 精神的做法包括:公共图书馆应该成为社区的实际存在而不是“形象”,公共图书馆应该弥合信息鸿 沟而不是制造鸿沟,公共图书馆应该成为信息门户而不是信息“孤岛”。
