Abstract:Knowledge audience is a new concept based on the former word-reader. The viewpoint of knowledge audience standard is a kind of modern conviction that library should proceed to carry forward. To protect the legal rights and interests of knowledge audience is not only the concrete fulfillment of the viewpoint of knowledge audience standard in practice , but also the proper cut in of law spirit in the field of knowledge activity.
