摘    要:“用户永远都是正确的”在图书馆界有一定影响,本文分析指出“用户对”是借助一种错误的认识论表述形式来表达一个特定价值取向的价值论命题;价值论在一定的条件下,用户的需求是对的,有其积极意义,但这又容易和用户平等、效益等重大问题缠绕在一起,引起新的混乱和矛盾。以用户的需求作为图书馆价值标准是片面的,故应谨慎提之。

Abstract:The viewpoint "users are always right" has certain impact on library.The author pointed out that it was an axiology proposition which expressed a given value option through a false expressive form of epistemology by analyzing the judgment that users are always right."users are always right" was positive under the special condition of axiology.But this view was liable to be entangled with the heavy issues such as users equality and benefits,creating the new confusion and contradictory.Therefore,it is one-sided,regarding users demand as value criteria of library and this viewpoint should be put forward deliberately.
