摘    要:本文论述了“用户永远都是正确的”的观点提出的背景,并结合目前学术界的有关争论,探讨了对该论断的三点理解:对“永远都是正确的”界定是关键;寻求图书馆与用户之间的平衡点;用于教学无不妥。并在此基础上提出了通过教学讨论和实践工作来完善、推广这一理念的建议。

Abstract:The article discusses the theoretical bases of the idea of "Users are always right",and points out that to better understand this idea,"What is right" should be defined,finding a balance between the library and the users is crucial and it's no problem in applying this idea into teaching.Finally,two recommendations are suggested: organizing seminars in the course of Information Resources Sharing and testifying the idea by putting it to practice.
