| 摘 要： | 网络百科全书是随着Web2.0技术的发展而出现的新的知识创造和传播方式。网络百科全书的成功依赖于广大用户的积极参与和贡献。本研究从网络百科系统管理的角度分析如何促进社区成员的知识贡献。基于组织行为学理论,建立了网络百科社区管理机制同成员参与行为关系的理论模型,并进行了实证研究。研究结果表明社区成员对网络百科系统的社区认同和义务,以及网络百科社区的百科协议和编辑原则、优质词条的评选及积分和等级制度对成员的知识贡献有着显著的影响。

| Abstract: | With the widespread of the Internet,online encyclopedia is experiencing a rapid growth as a Web2.0 application.Online users’ knowledge contribution is critical to the success of online encyclopedia.This paper studies the management mechanism in online encyclopedia and its influence on users’ knowledge contribution behaviors.The results show that the principles,norms,rules and ranking mechanism in online encyclopedia community have significant influences on the users’ identification,obligation,and knowledge contribution. |
