| 摘 要： | 数字信息资源宏观配置的制度设计既对社会正义,又对社会效率和制度自身的效率有影响。本文按照产权划分将数字信息资源分为公共属性的数字信息资源、私人属性的数字信息资源与介于两者之间的数字信息资源,并分别对这三类数字信息资源的配置指出了制度设计路径。
